How WuCube Works
WuCube takes you from a list of cargo to a clear, shareable load plan in a few simple steps. There's nothing to install and no complex setup — you work in your browser, see the load in 3D, and export a professional plan when you're done. Here's the whole process.
Step 1 — Upload / Add Your Cargo
Add your cargo
Start by entering what you need to ship: your boxes, pallets, or items, with their dimensions and weight. Add as many as your shipment needs. This is the foundation of the plan — the more accurately you enter your cargo, the more useful the result.

A good plan starts with real numbers. Entering accurate dimensions and weights means the fit you see on screen matches the load in the container.
Step 2 — Select Your Container (or let WuCube choose)
Choose your container — or use Auto-Select
Pick the container or transport type you're loading into, or set custom dimensions for a non-standard space. Not sure what fits best? Choose Auto and WuCube automatically works out the best container size and how many containers you need for the best placement of your cargo.
Why it matters
Planning against the right container is what makes the result trustworthy. Auto-Select removes the guesswork on size and quantity when you'd rather not decide manually.
Step 3 — Optimize the Loading
Build and optimize the load
WuCube arranges your cargo inside the container so you can see how it fits and how much space you're using. Heavy items go on the bottom and lighter items on top, so the arrangement reflects a realistic, buildable load. Adjust until the plan works for your shipment.
Why it matters
This is where wasted space gets found and fixed. Realistic stacking means the on-screen plan matches how the load is actually built at the dock.
Step 4 — Review the 3D Model
Review it in 3D
See the finished load as an interactive 3D model. Rotate it, look at how items sit together, and confirm the plan makes sense before anyone starts packing. Catching a problem here is far cheaper than catching it at the dock.

A picture everyone can see beats a plan in one person's head. The 3D view makes the load easy to review and easy to explain.
Step 5 — Export the PDF or Share the 3D Link
Export and share your plan
When you're happy with the load, share it in whichever way fits the moment. Export a professional PDF for your warehouse team, driver, or customer — or send a link to the interactive 3D container. Anyone with the link can view it from all angles and step through the loading sequence, right at the dock. On the Pro plan, add your own branding to the PDF.
