Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Welcome to WuCube. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WuCube website at wucube.com and the WuCube application and related services (together, the "Service"). WuCube ("WuCube," "we," "us," or "our") is a service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. WuCube is currently operated as an independent product; a formal operating entity is being established, and these Terms will be updated to reflect it.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
WuCube is a subscription-based, web-based software application for 3D cargo load planning. It allows users to enter cargo dimensions, weights, and quantities and calculate how to arrange those items within shipping containers and other transport equipment, view the result in an interactive 3D view, and export load plans as PDF documents.
We may update, improve, or modify the Service from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at info@wucube.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Free trial
We may offer a free trial period (currently 7 days), which does not require a credit card. During the trial you may access features of the Service as described at sign-up. We may change or discontinue trial offers at any time. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your access to paid features may become read-only or end when the trial expires.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly). The plans, features, and prices available are described on our pricing page.
Merchant of Record. Payments for the Service are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. This means that when you subscribe, your contract for payment is with the payment provider, the provider's name may appear on your billing statement, and the provider is responsible for collecting payment and remitting applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax). Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider's buyer terms and policies.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings or the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the payment provider's policies.
Price changes. We may change our prices. Where required by law, we will notify you in advance, and price changes will apply from your next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
- upload malicious code or use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- use automated means to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including cargo details, shipment information, and any logo or branding you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You must not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos (other than Your Content), and the WuCube name and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including our hosting and database provider, our payment provider (merchant of record), and our email provider. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Load planning results are provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that packing calculations, 3D representations, weight distributions, or exported load plans are accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for any particular shipment, and they do not constitute engineering, safety, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying that any load plan complies with applicable laws, carrier requirements, safety standards, and weight and securing regulations before loading or shipping any cargo. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Note that transactions processed by our payment provider (as merchant of record) may also be governed by that provider's own terms and governing law.
15. Contact
